the staff was efficient, polite, and helpful . i especially appreciated the quick and easy airport shuttle, the drivers were so friendly. i found the gym to be nicely equipped for a good workout. the breakfast spread had plenty of options , it was a great start to my days.

i was super impressed with the caring staff. everyone from the luggage handlers to housekeeping was really good. the room was very comfortable, the bed was great, and the breakfast was amazing!!!
i noticed continuous noise from the room ventilation. it was irritating and difficult to sleep with that constant noise all night. i hope they fix this soon.

The airport shuttle was useful. The drivers were friendly. cheerful.
The front desk was not helpful. My room had a view of a wall. I paid extra for a room above the 3rd floor. I was told rooms above the 1st floor were smoking rooms. They would not refund the difference if I moved to a lower floor.
